TechTV Hub started with a simple observation and a stubborn frustration. The observation: technology is one of the most important forces shaping how people live and work, and interest in it has never been higher. The frustration: the majority of technology media was failing the audience it claimed to serve.
Reviews were written by people who had spent forty-five minutes with a product, not forty-five days. News articles were rewritten press releases dressed up as journalism. Tutorials were copied from other tutorials without being tested. And throughout all of it, commercial relationships between publishers and manufacturers were corrupting the independence that honest technology coverage depends on.
TechTV Hub was founded to be the antidote to all of that. We started with a small team of writers and reviewers who had one non-negotiable standard: produce technology content that is genuinely worth reading, watching, and trusting. Everything else — the growth, the design, the editorial structure — has been built around that standard ever since.
